We seek to highlight the interconnection between mind and spirit by focusing on the mind to allow the spirit to shine through.
Our mission is to raise awareness about the importance of mental health to the overall quality of life of Nigerians. To give Nigerians more access to mental health care by encouraging careers in mental health and offering free mental health services to the less privileged.
For Nigerians to experience a better quality of life, enabling us to function at higher levels and foster healthier relationships, consequently making more positive contributions to society.

Having had her own experience battling and overcoming anxiety, depression and psychosis between 2016 and 2019; by the grace of God, Shalewa’s life became a testament to the importance of mental health care. She now hopes to advance mental health care in Nigeria.
Serenity is a Christian based mental health non-profit organisation. We seek to highlight the interconnection between mind and spirit by focusing on the mind to allow the spirit to shine through. Thus, we believe that intimate relationship with Christ precedes mental health but mental health is a function of intimacy with Christ.
